Annual General Meeting 2024

We are back at St Denys Boat Club again this year for our AGM (Priory Avenue, Southampton, SO17 2LT). The doors will open at 6:30pm, with the aim of starting by 7pm.

If you haven’t been before, this is a pretty informal and sociable evening with free pizza (veggie and vegan pizza available, please indicate food preferences when booking – see below). Do please bring your own drinks and/or snacks.

As it was a success last year, there will be an opportunity to swap unwanted gear at our Outdoor Gear Exchange (more info to follow). If you are bringing things to exchange, please arrive early to organise your gear (6:30 – 6.45pm).

N.B. parking can be tight so if you can lift share, cycle or get the train then that would be really helpful!
