SCC AGM 2021

You are cordially invited to the SCC AGM on Saturday the 20th of November – everyone is welcome, whether you only joined a month ago or have been part of the club since the very beginning! We will be holding it, in person (yay!), at St Denys Boat Club in Southampton – a mere 11 minute walk from the South Western Arms, the probable post-AGM destination!

The doors will open at 6pm, with the aim of starting proceedings at 6.30pm. There will first be a formal presentation from Colette (President), followed by a review of the club accounts by Matt C (Treasurer). We will then vote in the next committee. There will then be a short break, followed by the award ceremony.

Of course, in addition to the club survey, the AGM is also your chance to say what you think about your club – so come ready with any suggestions you have and you will get a chance to have your say after the main presentations from the committee have finished. If you prefer, you can also email us to let us know your question/suggestion in advance.

We aim to live-stream the event for our more distant members, but this is subject to availability of sufficient signal/wifi/technical wizardry. TBC!

Food

Please bring your own drinks and snacks, but pizza will be provided free of charge for all registered attendees (including vegetarian and vegan options – please state these preferences when registering – there is an option for veggie, but write “vegan” in the box if you are vegan).
