Trad climbing. Superb easy lab climbing at Little Tryfan or totally awesome multi-pitch trad climbing on Snowdon? one is truly spoiled for choice here. For those of you who have got to grips with single pitch lead climbing Snowdonia offers some truly exceptional easy multi-pitch routes – some routes are so epic you may want to take lunch at the 5th belay ledge!.
These world-class crags right next to the road, or two hours walk into the mountains – your call! The exact climbing locations will be decided on the nights before when we know what the weather will be like.
Wet weather fun:
If the weather is not obliging, Snowdonia has loads of great hiking, and there are plenty of gear shops and tearooms in Betws-y-Coed and tearooms etc. There is also a fantastic indoor climbing wall nearby.
