Training: guided scramble + learning navigation skills in the mountains – North Wales
Are you keen to do some scramble and learn how to navigate safely in the mountains? Then this course is for you.
This training event is intended for climbers looking at starting to explore the mountains.
Course content includes:
- Saturday: guided scramble
- Sunday: learning navigation skills in the mountains

Prerequisite skills: During this day course, you will learn the fundamentals to safely navigate in the mountains. This is ideal for anyone who has yet to start scrambling or for those who have just started and looking for professional instruction.
Location: North Wales. Precise location to be defined with instructor closer to the date.
Equipment: helmet, harness, friction style belay device, walking boots, lunch and drink, warm clothes.
About your instructor: Luke is a qualified RCDI (Rock Climbing Development Instructor), CWDI (Climbing Wall Development Instructor), he is also ML (Mountain Leader) and MCI (Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor) trainee.
